Force V-Sync and Triple Bufferring OFF in NVIDIA Control Panel. Set Monitor to use highest refresh rate possible in NVIDIA Control Panel. Now, I get the max framerate my computer can handle, getting 400 in the main menu.
A game locked at 30 will remain locked on any platform unless someone steps in and unlocks it. RedditDotDom •. Uka Uka. • 3 yr. ago. you can wait for a patch i guess. Abstract_Void •. Iron Checkpoint Crate. •. wow n sane trilogy on console sucks.
Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy has just been released on the PC and contrary to its console version, it supports 60fps. And while the game currently offers specific framerate options, there
Mod for Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy that increases framerate from 30 FPS to 60 FPS. It is hitting that target framerate most of the time in handheld mode when using the below overclock but in demanding stages it might need a higher OC. Only tested in handheld mode and probably will not run at 60 FPS in docked mode.
It's really about interest. Many games that have uncapped vs capped fps runs are runs where uncapped fps completely breaks the game (usually physics based boosts and stuff like that). For Crash, the difference would be really subtle (at least at the moment), so there's nothing too special about an uncapped fps speedrun.
For Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy on the PC, a GameFAQs message board topic titled "Frequent slowdown\fps drops despite a good rig".
Crash isn't an FPS so why does 60fps even matter for a game like that? It's 30fps on console yet it doesn't look horrible like a lot of PC gamers make 30fps out to be. Come on. Don't be that ♥♥♥♥ who hates the game because it's not at 60fps. 60FPS (or preferrably, as high as the FPS can possibly go) matters in ANY game to make it look nice.
Recommended PC specs for Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy. The following requirements are what we recommend you need for your PC in order to play Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy the best frame rate. Again, some of them are necessary for the game but a part of them are not that important. You can see which are which in the table below:
If you have Vsync or use Windowed/Borderless mode that caps you at lower value then that's caused by your improper monitor/video card settings. This applies to any game. But if the game is capped at 60, why can I not play it at 60 borderless? I can play literally any other game on my PC borderless with 144fps to support my 144hz display.
